BOARD of DIRECTORS

Kimberly Tosi Hamilton has diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kim began her career in 1988 as the Marketing Assistant and Office Manager at Congress Group Properties, Inc.  In 1992, she transitioned to Human Resources Recruiter at Bronner Slosberg & Humphrey, working with VP's in various departments. From 1995 to 1996, she served as a Recruiter at The Hollister Group, managing the recruitment process and developing client relationships. 

Since 2001, Kim has been an active community board member for the Las Virgenes Unified School District, holding various leadership roles and advocating for student learning.  She helped raise additional funds to offset the declining state and federal dollars to support the LVUSD education system. She is a leader advocating for next-generation student learning and keeping the students competitive for their future in career and college choices.

In 2009, she became the Positive Coaching Alliance Director for the Agoura Pony Baseball League, implementing the organization's mission and conducting workshops for coaches and parents. Finally, she is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Pixwel, a boutique post-production agency specializing in movie and episodic marketing campaigns. Kim is a native Bostonian who spent summers in Rye, NH, and is now a full-time resident.
